The Architecture Of Luxury Operations
We bridge the gap between naval design and flawless, seven-star service.
A shipyard builds the vessel. An interior designer handles the beauty. D-Crew Academy designs the operational soul. Led by Tamara Maria Madra, we apply logistics engineering, spatial flow analysis, and over a decade of 100m+ mega-yacht expertise to ensure your vessel functions flawlessly from Day One.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Tamara Maria Madra
The bridge between technical logic and ambient luxury.
My path to the ocean was built on engineering and precision long before I ever stepped on a superyacht. With a background crossing Real Estate Management (building logic), Logistics Engineering (spatial flow analysis), and Postgraduate Diplomacy (human systems), I spent over a decade managing the interior builds, operations, and refits of iconic vessels ranging from 40m up to
134 meters.
I founded D-Crew Academy because I realized the industry was missing a vital discipline. Naval architects solve for physics; interior designers solve for aesthetics. I solve for the lived reality. I analyze your space to eliminate operational bottlenecks before they are permanently built into steel and glass.
