Architectural Flow Analysis: We audit the General Arrangement (GA) from a movement perspective. We analyze pantry-to-deck transit times, service-lift efficiency, and hidden "bottlenecks" that cause crew fatigue and service delays.
The OS&E Procurement Strategy:
Utilizing my experience with projects like Project Cosmos, I oversee the selection and sourcing of all Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E). We ensure that every piece of crystal, linen, and silver is not only beautiful but durable and storage-optimized for the specific vessel.
Interior Storage Architecture:
We design custom solutions for high-value assets. No more "bubble wrap and tape"—we implement professional, permanent protection systems for the interior's most delicate surfaces and items.
The Day-One SOP Manual:
While the boat is being built, we are building the "Bible." We help you to create a fully customized, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual tailored to the specific layout of the new build.
