Tamara Madra
Director & Principal Trainer

Tamara is a seasoned Interior Trainer with over a decade of professional experience in the yacht industry, having worked in both renowned and remote regions of the world. Having served as Personal Assistant to the yacht owners and as Interior Manager and Chief Stewardess on some of the most prestigeous yachts globally ranging from 40m up to 110m, Tamara has ganined in-depth knowledge of all aspects of vessel operations, from daily management to complex refit and new build projects.

This hands-on experience enables her to understand and address the challenges her students may encounter in their careers.

Tamara's training approach incorporates her previous experience as qualified business coach and marketing manager, allowing her to create relaxed yet very focused atmosphere for learning. She is dedicated to providing tailored, flexible training solutions that empower each student to reach their full potential. Her commitment to providing the highest standards in interior and guest service ensures her students are well-equipped to excel in dynamic environment.

D-Crew Academy was created as part of D-Empire Group. Founded from a lifelong passion for sea and a desire to merge expertise with creativity. D-Empire Group stands tall as a visionary company dedicated to revolutionizing the world of boating. The company was born from the natural progression of a professional career on the sea, where together with my husband we have spent over three decades immersing ourselves in the beauty and serenity of maritime world. â€‹I have decided to combine my expertise as business coach and specialist in the luxury hospitaly to fill in the gaps and where I saw my servicess are  needed the most: in supporting, coaching and mentoring crew and staff.

From Passion To Profession

I have dedicated my entire professional life to luxury hospitality. The first years as Chief Stewardess and later, as Interior Manager, for the biggest and most reputable luxury yachts and discerning private households around the world. Over the past decade of my professional career, I have had the privilage of working with multiple Royal Families, as well as some of the most influential families on the
Forbes 100 list. My experience extends to UHNW individuals from diverse fields, including business, entertainment, music and sport. I have also collaborated closely with prominent politicians, providing tailored solutions and insight to meet their unique needs and aspirations. This extensive engagement across various sectors has enriched my perspective and honed my ability to navigate complex environments with discretion and excellence.
